The Vision
The Heart Forge is a practice — conscious communication, active sovereignty, shared curiosity — and a temple being built to carry it.
Two journeys wind through this fire: the sacred and the joyful. Both are welcome here.
The transmission is presence, not information. Being in integrity without abandoning yourself — that is the teaching. The cup of tea is the invitation. The conversation is the practice. The connection is the medicine.
Tea Ceremony — the anchor. Wherever I am, I brew. People sit. We talk about real things.
Cannabis Circles — intentional, ceremonial, medicine not recreation. Blend architecture for different energies.
The Forge Protocol — a rhythm of fire and quench. The body and spirit need both.
Cannabis Yoga — the body's wisdom, unleashed. Blend energies guide intuitive movement.
The Bus — a mobile ceremony node. A traveling tea house.

The Practice
Wherever I am, I brew. People sit. We talk about real things.
This isn't a class. It's not a networking event. It's not a dating thing. It's a tea circle — a space where people sit together, slow down, and have conversations that go somewhere.
I brew tea. We sit. We drink. We talk.
Sometimes it's a big group in a park. Sometimes it's four people in an intimate setting. Sometimes it's one-on-one.
The conversation goes where it goes — philosophy, the inner life, what you're working through, what moves you. No agenda. No small talk required.
Not a business. Not a pitch. Not a cult. Not a therapy session.
Not a requirement to be anything other than yourself.
Men and women equally welcome.
Nothing. Just yourself. Tea is provided.
Tea is the invitation. Presence is the practice.
← Return to the thresholdThe Temple Build
The gathering point. The nexus.
In spring, a school bus begins its second life as a traveling tea house — a moving hearth that carries the gathering to where the people are.
The build will be chronicled here, as it happens.
The first sketches are being drawn.
← Return to the thresholdThe Mirror
An ongoing project. These are the voices of those who sat.
"Sitting for tea with Alf was like finding a room I didn't know I was looking for. The space he holds is unlike anything I've experienced — no performance, no pretense, just presence. We went deep. We laughed. Something shifted. I walked away lighter."
— Sandy, Portland OR
More reflections gathered as the circle grows. Each one earned, not solicited.
← Return to the thresholdThe Recognition
Not everyone gets one. But everyone who sits for tea does.
Given to everyone who sits for tea. An invitation — not to buy anything, not to sign up for anything. A way back in. The QR code connects you to the community if you want it.
Not given to everyone. Given when something happens — a moment of heart-forged connection. When the container is strong enough that two people see each other as bigger selves. The card isn't recruitment. It's recognition.

The tea travels. So do I. Here's where to follow, find, and join.
Or simply come when the circle forms. The tea is ready.

← Return to the thresholdThe Invitation
Be first to know where the temple travels, when gatherings are called, and when the work is released.
← Return to the thresholdThe Ask — Last, On Purpose
Tea, road, and the temple. Everything given goes straight into the fire.
One spark, given once — keeps the tea flowing and the circle open.
Recurring fuel — patronage that carries the temple and the work.
Pass what feels right at a tea circle. Time, tea, or treasure — all welcome.
The model is simple: serve freely, receive freely, the flow sustains itself.
